Every post we set goes 42 inches — below the Central Illinois frost line. Shallower posts are cheaper to install and far more expensive to fix.
Gates
Gates need oversized posts, wider footings, and real hardware. A single walk gate is modest; a double driveway gate is a meaningful line item.
Slope and terrain
Bluff-side lots in East Peoria and rolling ground around Metamora need racked or stepped panels, which take longer to lay out and install.
Tear-out and haul-off

Access
